We were very excited at the start of the process because seems like communication with the Pro CEO was great and seems like they could help us deliver this branding and website project. However, the assigned pro who works on our project could not meet the expectations laid out in the original package.
They did not deliver what they promised in the time given. At the deadline of the project, rather than notifying us earlier that they can’t deliver, they waited until the last day just to emailed us saying they could not do the job and asked for much more money if we want to complete the website and some other deliverables. Not to mention the whole process working with this pro was so painful, we had to hustle them every single day just to keep the project moving forward.
Overall, we would never recommend working with this pro, especially for the specific branding and website department.
Why we gave 2 stars and not 1? We think we should give the CEO credit to be fair to us at the end and agree to issue us partial refund for the pain and time wasted.
